Simply install this valve and drain your engine oil without the need for any tools and without creating a mess. Lift the lever of this nickel-plated brass ball valve and give it a quarter turn to open. To close, return the lever back to its original locked position.

The easy oil drain valves comes in two product versions:

• Regular Type is the standard version for all cars, light trucks, and motorcycles. Makes oil changes easier, saving valuable time and expenses. For all cars and light trucks, low clearance applications, and allows you to drain oil directly into receptacle.

• Hose Type is equipped with an extension for attaching a hose and draining oil away from engines with limited space and access to the drain plug.  Hose connection takes the mess out of routine maintenance, it is perfect for stationary engines, marine applications, generators, compressors, and pumps. Allows you to drain oil from limited space and access points. Highly recommended for industrial engines and construction equipment.  The H-Type valves take the mess out of routine maintenance on stationary engines, making it perfect for marine engines, generators, pumps, and compressors.

How to install: 

1. Remove current drain plug and drain oil make sure new EZ Oil drain plug fits before discarding old drain plug.
2. Hand install the valve until tight, and fully tighten with a correct size wrench or socket. Careful not to over tighten.
3. Make sure to close the lever and refill with engine oil, start the motor and check for  leaks.

How to Drain Oil:

1. Lift up the lever and turn counter-clockwise. The initial turn may be a little stiff, so just take a pair of pliers or wear some gloves to force the lever open.
2. Turn back the lever to close.
3. Make sure the lever is fully-closed and secured in its locked position.

(Adapter may be required for recessed oil pans.)

*Note: O-rings NOT required for (i.e. EZ-200, EZ-201, EZ-202, EZ-110H) as they are self-tightening tapered threads.

ATTENTION: For users under extreme conditions such as, off-road vehicles, agricultural tractors, and logging equipment (i.e. corn fields, brush areas), it is advised that a hose clip as shown below be applied for additional safety and security.
