Replace worn stock rubber bushings with performance polyurethane bushings. Polyurethane is an ideal material for performance suspension bushings, motor and transmission mounts. Even though rubber bushings and mounts are installed in most stock setups, polyurethane does a better job dealing with undercarriage grit and grime, as well as aftermarket configurations that include additional horsepower, larger tire sizes, lifted or lowered vehicles. Rubber suspension bushings and mounts are not as able to deal with these conditions and go beyond design limits.
